Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions
Configure and customize Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.)
Develop and customize Odoo using Python and XML (QWeb)
Provide functional and technical support to clients
Prepare documentation, user guides, and training sessions
Perform data migration and system integration
Coordinate with functional users and technical teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience with
Odoo (Community / Enterprise)
Strong knowledge of Odoo backend (Python) and frontend (XML, QWeb, basic JS)
Good understanding of business processes, especially
Accounting & ERP workflows
Experience with PostgreSQL
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Experience in UAE/GCC projects is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
