Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Odoo Sales Executive

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling ERP solutions - preferably Odoo - and a strong ability to understand business processes across multiple industries. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while maintaining strong client relationships.

1. Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Lead Management



Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market, especially in SMEs and mid-sized enterprises. Actively generate leads through networking, cold calling, events, social media, and partner channels. Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and position Odoo modules effectively. Maintain and update CRM for all sales activities and follow-ups.

Sales Process & Client Engagement



Conduct product presentations, live demos, and requirement-gathering sessions. Work closely with the technical and functional teams to design tailored Odoo solutions. Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and scope of work documents. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Account Management



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during pre-sales and negotiation stages. Coordinate with the project delivery team for smooth handover after deal closure.

2. Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience & Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years experience in ERP sales; Odoo experience is a strong advantage. Knowledge of business processes in Accounting, CRM, Inventory, POS, HR, and Purchasing.

Technical & Sales Skills



Strong understanding of Odoo modules and ecosystem. Ability to gather requirements and translate them into solution proposals. Experience preparing commercial offers, SOW, and proposals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Personal Attributes



Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
