Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete Odoo ERP implementation projects, overseeing all phases from initiation through successful go-live. Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure clarity, coordination, and alignment throughout the project. Analyze client workflows and design tailored Odoo solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall performance. Track and manage project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones to guarantee timely and high-quality execution. Conduct user training sessions and provide continuous post-implementation support to promote system adoption and user satisfaction. Maintain detailed project documentation and share regular progress reports with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field Odoo Certification is a

plus

3-5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner Fluent in English (written and verbal) Hands-on experience with

Odoo.sh, v.18
