We are seeking an experienced

Odoo Implementor

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in

Odoo ERP

implementation and customization, with the ability to enhance business operations for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored Odoo solutions that ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessment and business process analysis to identify client requirements. Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to align with client business processes. Manage the full implementation cycle from requirements gathering to go-live. Provide training, guidance, and post-implementation support to end-users. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including user manuals and training materials. Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with developers and support teams for integration and performance optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in Odoo implementation (required). Strong understanding of business processes across various industries. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Experience in training and supporting end-users.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Odoo Implementation (required).

Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise Edition. Knowledge of

Python and PostgreSQL

. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with data migration and system integration.
