Job Overview



We are seeking a

high-energy, target-driven Odoo ERP Sales professional

with

4-7 years of proven experience

in ERP or enterprise software sales.

This role is strictly for a

true sales hunter

--someone who thrives on prospecting, selling, negotiating, and

closing deals

. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of

Odoo ERP

, a solid grasp of the

Middle East IT market

, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation



Own and execute the

complete sales lifecycle

for Odoo ERP projects--from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure. Consistently achieve and exceed

clearly defined sales targets and revenue goals

.

Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries using proactive hunting strategies. Develop and implement

effective sales and business development strategies

to grow market share.

Pipeline & Lead Management



Build, manage, and maintain a

strong and accurate sales pipeline

. Capture leads outside immediate specialization and ensure

closed-loop lead management

, including proper assignment and follow-up.

Client Engagement



Establish long-term,

consultative relationships

with clients by deeply understanding their business processes and ERP requirements. Present tailored

Odoo ERP value propositions

and secure customer buy-in.

Proposal & Tender Management



Prepare and present

high-quality customer proposals, RFPs, and tender documents

. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver competitive, solution-driven proposals.

Market & Competitive Intelligence



Maintain excellent knowledge of

competitors, pricing, and positioning

to strategically differentiate our Odoo ERP offerings.

Performance & Reporting



Monitor and track

sales budgets, forecasts, and achievements

. Operate effectively within a

performance-driven culture

, with accountability for results.

Key Skills & Requirements



Experience:

4-7 years of successful ERP or enterprise software sales experience, with

strong exposure to Odoo ERP

.

Sales DNA:

Proven

hunter mentality

with a consistent history of closing deals.

Market Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the

Middle East IT and ERP market

(mandatory).

Mobility:

Valid

GCC driving license

is mandatory.

Communication:

Excellent presentation, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Proposal Excellence:

Strong expertise in

proposal writing and value-based selling

.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales cycles efficiently.

Technical Acumen:

Good understanding of

software solutions and ERP business processes

.
