Who We're Looking For

An

ERP closer with real Odoo sales experience.

You close complex deals, run full ERP demos, lead discovery with decision-makers, and push projects to signature.
You are not an SDR and not a lead generator -- your KPI is revenue and signed ERP projects.

You will work directly with owners, CEOs and department heads across MENA.

Key Responsibilities

Handle warm leads passed from SDR / Marketing Conduct structured discovery sessions with qualified prospects Deliver tailored Odoo ERP demos based on client workflows Identify business gaps and map them to Odoo solutions Prepare commercial proposals and implementation scope with consultants Lead follow-ups, objections handling and negotiations Own deals from demo stage to signed contract Maintain CRM accuracy and deal pipeline Coordinate with functional & technical teams during pre-sale stage

What We Offer

Base salary + uncapped commission (

5-10% from revenue per closed deal

Requirements

English C1+*
Arabic or Hindi C1+*

Mandatory:

Minimum 2 years selling Odoo ERP

projects Proven track record closing ERP implementation deals ($15K+)

Ability to independently demo Odoo core modules

(Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase) Strong understanding of ERP sales cycle (discovery ? gap analysis ? demo ? proposal ? closing) Experience selling ERP to SMEs / mid-sized companies in MENA Comfortable with consultative sales cycles (1-3 months+) Ability to communicate requirements to technical/functional teams Confident objection handling with senior business stakeholders
Experience selling other ERP systems is an advantage, but proven sales and functional expertise in Odoo ERP is mandatory.
