Job Description

We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer with a strong understanding of both business operations and technical development. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying client needs, tailoring Odoo solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support.

Primary Responsibilities:



Customize and implement core Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and others. Gather business requirements and align them with Odoo capabilities. Build and maintain custom modules using Python and XML. Integrate Odoo with external platforms and services via API. Create documentation, user guides, and deliver training to end-users. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Desired Qualifications:



Solid grasp of both functional and technical aspects of Odoo. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development. Familiarity with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, and custom module creation. Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, and using Odoo's ORM/API. Strong understanding of key business processes in areas such as finance, sales, inventory, and human resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
