Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules.
Develop custom features using Python, XML, and Odoo framework tools.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
Provide user training and prepare technical/functional documentation.
Support clients and resolve both functional and technical issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo implementation (Community or Enterprise).
Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, HR, etc.).
Good technical background: Python, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, API integrations.
Solid understanding of business processes and workflows.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Linux, Git, and server deployment.
Experience in Odoo customization and third-party system integration.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic + English) is an advantage.
