Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Odoo Developer

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules to meet our business requirements. You will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to ensure successful ERP solutions delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy

Odoo modules

and features. Customize existing Odoo apps (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Purchase, CRM, etc.). Integrate Odoo with third-party applications (payment gateways, e-commerce, etc.). Maintain and enhance existing Odoo applications. Perform code reviews, bug fixing, and optimization. Collaborate with functional teams to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions. Support migration, upgrades, and deployment of Odoo systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2-5 years of hands-on Odoo development experience.

Strong knowledge of

Python, XML, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and APIs.

Experience in customizing and configuring Odoo ERP modules. Familiarity with Odoo.sh and Odoo deployment on cloud/on-premise. Understanding of business workflows in accounting, sales, HR, and inventory. Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

Odoo certification(s). Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, React/Angular). Experience working in

UAE business domains

(Trading, Construction, Real Estate, Retail, Services).
