to lead the customization and development of our Odoo system and create a dedicated Tadmaids App.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Odoo modules for sales, HR, finance, and visa workflows.
Build and integrate a
mobile/web app
connected to Odoo backend.
Automate contracts, e-visa tracking, notifications, and reporting.
Integrate with ERP, WhatsApp API, and payment gateways (Tabby, Tamara, etc.).
Provide ongoing support, optimization, and staff training.
Requirements:
2-5 years' Odoo development experience (Python, PostgreSQL, XML, API integrations).
Strong skills in customizing modules and workflows.
Experience publishing mobile apps linked to Odoo backend.
ERP/CRM knowledge and service industry workflows.
Bonus: Experience with Tadbeer, manpower agencies, or government API integrations.
