Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional specifications.
Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) based on client needs.
Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing functional and technical support.
Collaborate with the development team to implement custom solutions.
Prepare documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
Odoo Functional Consultant
with technical development skills.
Strong knowledge of
Odoo frameworks
and ORM.
Proficiency in
Python, XML, and JavaScript
for Odoo customizations.
Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Experience with Odoo installation, deployment, and upgrades.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Odoo certification.
Experience in multiple Odoo versions.
Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Linux environments.
