Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and map them to Odoo features.
Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python and XML.
Design and integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
Prepare user manuals, conduct training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
Collaborate with project managers and developers for end-to-end delivery.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with Odoo (Community or Enterprise).
Strong knowledge of both
functional workflows
and
technical development

Proficiency in
Python

PostgreSQL
, and
Odoo ORM/API
.
Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, and custom module development.
Excellent understanding of business processes in domains like Finance, Sales, Inventory, and HR.
