We're building an always-on ERP + AI platform that powers multi-brand marketplaces across the USA, UAE, UK, EU, and Asia. Think inventory, 3PL / 4PL logistics, dropshipping, and real-time analytics--all driven by Odoo 18 and next-gen LLMs.

own

code and outcomes.

Mission

Own our entire Odoo 18 codebase and spearhead the architecture of a multi-brand B2B/B2C marketplace that spans inventory, 3PL/4PL logistics, dropship, AI-powered customer flows, and real-time analytics.

You'll write high-leverage code

and

mentor a small squad of front-end & back-end devs to "best-practice or bust."

Open roles

1- Odoo Tech Lead / Full-Stack Architect -

own codebase, set standards, mentor devs

2- Sr. Odoo Back-End Developer -

back-end ninja, third-party/API integrations

3- Sr. Odoo Front-End + OWL/Dashboard Specialist -

pixel-perfect UX, JS-OWL ninja

Must be comfortable with:

Time-zone-agnostic support (issues get fixed, whatever the clock says) Building AND maintaining production code (no "throw over the wall" culture) Working with AI/LLM, marketplace, 3PL/4PL & dropship logistics (or keen to learn fast)
