We are a growing Digital Transformation& IT Solutions company looking to expand our technical team. Our focus is on delivering efficient, scalable, and customized ERP solutions using Odoo to support business growth and digital transformation.

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to design, develop, and implement Odoo ERP modules tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customizing Odoo, integrating third-party applications, and delivering user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules. Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications. Perform upgrades, migrations, and maintenance of Odoo instances. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Odoo development. Strong knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with the Odoo framework (ORM, XML, QWeb, Controllers). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. Experience in customizing Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, or HR. Experience with Odoo.sh or Docker-based deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Understanding of business workflows and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of Git or other version control systems. Previous experience in ERP implementation projects.
