to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing modules in Odoo (v12 and above), with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (backend and frontend).
Integrate third-party apps and APIs with Odoo.
Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing modules.
Collaborate with functional consultants and end users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform data migration and upgrades between Odoo versions.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Odoo applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (preferably Odoo v12+).
Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of Odoo ORM.
Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templates.
Understanding of Odoo standard modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
Familiarity with Git version control.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with external systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server environments.
Understanding of business processes and functional workflows.
Contribution to Odoo open-source community is a plus.
Odoo certification is an advantage.
