Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Odoo Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team in the parking management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and updating data within the Odoo platform to support smooth operational workflows and enhance overall service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in the Odoo ERP system related to parking operations.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all modules within Odoo.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and input relevant information promptly.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data entries.
- Generate reports and provide data insights as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Assist in optimizing data entry processes to improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data entry, preferably using Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good understanding of parking management operations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
