Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Odoo Data Analyst

to manage, analyze, and interpret business data from our Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will help optimize decision making through accurate reporting, dashboards, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and analyze data from Odoo modules (Sales, HR, Inventory, Finance, etc.). Create and maintain dashboards and reports within Odoo and other BI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Collaborate with different departments to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Support management in making data-driven decisions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Odoo modules. Automate data reporting processes and improve data workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (Odoo experience preferred). Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Odoo reporting tools. Understanding of business processes and ERP data structures. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
