Job Title: Temporary On-Site Odoo Consultant

Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Odoo Consultant to join our team. This is an on-site role that will be providing daily ERP support and training to our staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient use of our Odoo system.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily, on-site support to end-users for all Odoo-related issues and questions. Conduct hands-on training sessions for new and existing employees on Odoo's core functionalities, with a focus on modules relevant to industrial supply operations (e.g.,

Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and Manufacturing

). Troubleshoot system errors, data inconsistencies, and user access issues. Gather user feedback and collaborate with management to identify and recommend process improvements within Odoo. Create and update training materials and documentation for our Odoo processes. Assist with configuration changes and system updates as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant. In-depth knowledge of key Odoo modules, particularly those used in industrial supply or manufacturing environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A professional and patient demeanor, especially when providing training and support.
