Mission (What You'll Own)

You'll take full ownership of our

Odoo 18 back-end

, architecting and scaling a

multi-brand B2B/B2C marketplace

What You'll Do

Build clean, modular Python code in Odoo 18 (inventory, accounting, logistics, etc.) Integrate 3rd-party APIs: shipping, payments, AI agents, ERP extensions Write and maintain production-grade unit tests, cron jobs, security rules Tune Postgres queries and queues (Odoo Queue, Celery, RQ) Pair with front-end & AI engineers to ship full-stack features Own production issues with a time-zone-agnostic mindset

Must-Have Skills

3+ years deep

Odoo Python/ORM

experience Strong experience with

REST APIs, webhooks

, and third-party integrations Solid with

PostgreSQL tuning

, background jobs & async queues Comfort with tools like

Git, black, pylint, pytest

Understanding of

OpenUpgrade

and migration processes Production mindset: fix it now, refactor after*
