Job Description
We're hiring | ODD Team Lead - Sharjah
On behalf of our client, we're looking for an experienced professional to lead ODD operations and drive team performance.
Role Highlights:
- Supervise daily operations, monitor key metrics & ensure targets are met
- Handle escalations, complaints & service requests from Call Centre & CRU within SLA
- Prepare daily reports, maintain master/MIS data & share ODD updates with leadership
- Oversee service blocks, exemptions, AC reactivations, exit workflows & customer communications
- Arabic speakers preferred
Contract: 7-8 Months
