Titile : ODD Supervior ( Short Term Contract )
Monitor the Maker & Checker Que. Monitor the team progress & number cases handled on daily basis. Handle the emails received from the call centre & CRU Department. Handle the complains that are received & make sure to resolve within the agreed TAT. Prepare the Team & RM Daily progress Report. Share Data related to the ODD cases to the senior management regarding the progress. Arrange for the AC Services Blocking & ATM Card Deactivation in case of pending ODD cases. Arrange to reactivate the AC Services in case of Completed ODD Cases.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Banking Experience is must Good knowledge of Products & services Good knowledge of Service Policies & Procedures Fair Knowledge of banking practices, regulations & risks Good Knowledge of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by regulatory authorities Knowledge of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by the regulatory authorities Computer skills Excellent Communication Skills Excellent in Excel.
