Requirements:
Work experience: at least 2 years experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry;
Excellent knowledge of Live Casino Industry;
Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.);
Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
PC skills;
Advanced English speaking;
Work under pressure;
Responsibilities:
Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix;
Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players);
Coordinates the staff under his/her supervision;
Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company;
Collaboration and cooperation;
Ensuring the functionality of the studios;
Other operational activities.
