The Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide therapy services to children and young people with a range of disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays.

This role requires fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with families from diverse cultural backgrounds. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, delivering both centre-based and community-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans. Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to client needs. Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals. Maintain detailed progress notes and reports aligned with UAE health regulations. Contribute to multidisciplinary planning and service development.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent). Professional registration/licence with the UAE Ministry of Health (MOH). Minimum 2+ years clinical experience in paediatric or disability settings. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Culturally responsive, family-centred practice.
