Duties:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating treatment plans.
Establishing realistic goals for children to meet in order to improve their physical, mental and social health.
Liaising with other healthcare professionals and with the patients' families, teachers and carers.
Keeping patient records and care-plans up-to-date.
Attending multidisciplinary case meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment.
Requirements:
Active DHA / MOH License or should be eligible for the DHA / MOH licensing process
Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy
Good communication skills
