Role Overview

Established in 2012, our practice is expanding to include Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech & Language Therapy services.

We are seeking a passionate and qualified

Occupational Therapist

to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will assess, plan, and deliver therapy services tailored to the needs of clients, helping them enhance daily living skills, independence, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy for children and/or adults with developmental, sensory, motor, or functional challenges. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including psychologists, counsellors, physiotherapists, and speech & language therapists. Maintain accurate, confidential case notes and progress reports in line with UAE healthcare standards. Engage with families to provide guidance, support, and strategies for home and school environments. Participate in workshops, training, or community outreach programs when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. DHA license or eligibility for licensure in Dubai. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience (pediatric experience preferred). Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
