Job Description
The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is seeking a dedicated and qualified
Occupational Therapist
to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional who is committed to enhancing the well-being, independence, and quality of life of individuals with disabilities through evidence-based occupational therapy practices.Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services in
one-on-one, group, and classroom settings
. Conduct comprehensiveneeds assessments
, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective therapeutic interventions. Collaborate closely witheducators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
to support clients' development, participation, and inclusion. Maintain accuratedocumentation, progress reports, and evaluations
in accordance with professional and organizational standards. Support clients with a range of needs, includingASD, ADHD, and sensory integration challenges
.Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Occupational Therapy.
. Validcertification and/or licensure
as an Occupational Therapist. Minimum ofthree (3) years of relevant full-time experience
in clinical and/or educational settings. Strong background inassessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention delivery
. Excellentdocumentation, reporting, and organizational skills
. Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills
; proficiency inArabic
is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within ateam-oriented, multidisciplinary environment
. High level ofprofessionalism, adaptability, empathy, and interpersonal skills
