We are a dedicated healthcare provider in Al Ain committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to welcome a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist to our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Assist patients in improving independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Monitor, document, and review patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
Collaborate with a team of therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and family members on therapy strategies and goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for delivering quality, patient-centered care and continuous learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
