Job Description

Micah Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse group of clients, providing personalized and evidence-based therapy services to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals
- Implement therapy interventions and techniques to improve clients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure holistic care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence and safety
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in occupational therapy
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the occupational therapy governing body and the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid license (DOH) to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
