Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to help patients develop, recover, or maintain meaningful daily activities and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities through assessments and observations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' motor, sensory, and cognitive functions Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve daily living and working skills Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients in its use Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records Promote a safe and supportive environment for all patients
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid license/registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist (e.g., DHA/HAAD/MOH in UAE) Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
