Key Responsibilities
Act as
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OBDX
, working closely with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology teams.
Apply domain knowledge of
channel banking or similar banking platforms
.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into vendor-specific documentation.
Manage, validate, and oversee vendor builds and deployments.
Drive active engagement across product teams, ensuring alignment with business drivers and rapid resolution of concerns.
Perform deployments, measure impacts, gather issue details, and coordinate resolution with vendors.
Conduct system issue analysis, participate in
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
, and support issue prioritization decisions.
Support SIT, regression, performance tuning, and integration testing - including strategy, scenarios, and case creation.
Perform impact assessments of change requests and facilitate
production deployments
.
Provide support to business and operations teams through multiple testing cycles, adhering to SLA commitments.
Monitor and track OBDX system performance while contributing to
technical and functional process optimization
.
Ensure compliance with
ISG approvals, technology architecture, hardware sizing, and audit controls
.
Organize and deliver
product training
for business and operations users.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven expertise as an
OBDX SME
with experience in channel banking platforms.
Strong understanding of banking domain processes and vendor management.
Hands-on experience in deployments, system performance monitoring, and production support.
Proficiency in

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform RCA.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
