Healthy Nest Restaurant:

We are a health-focused organization dedicated to promoting wellness through tailored meal plans and expert

nutritional advice. We seek a skilled Nutritionist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients

while collaborating closely with our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Meal Planning & Customization

Develop company-tailored healthy meals by adjusting calories, protein, carbs, and ingredient selection to
meet specific dietary needs.

Create and manage customized meal plans for individual clients, ensuring alignment with their health and
fitness goals.

2) Client Interaction

Provide expert advice to clients, guiding them on appropriate meal plans based on their preferences and
nutritional requirements.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any dietary concerns or
adjustments.

3) Kitchen Collaboration

Coordinate with the kitchen team to update menus and communicate sudden changes or client-specific
requirements.

Ensure that client preferences and dietary restrictions are accurately implemented in meal preparation.

4) Market Research & Trend Analysis

Conduct market research to identify health food trends and customer preferences. Provide insights to improve menu offerings and ensure the business stays ahead of market demands.

5) Content Updates

Utilize AI tools to create and update articles for the website, focusing on engaging and informative
nutritional content.

6)Additional Tasks

Take on supplementary responsibilities aligned with your skills that may extend beyond traditional
nutritionist duties.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experienc

e as a Nutritionist or in a related role Strong expertise in nutrition and meal planning, preferably with a relevant degree or certification. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in customizing meal plans and advising clients. Familiarity with market trends in health and nutrition. Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and clients. Tech-savvy, with the ability to use AI tools and platforms.
