Job Description

Job Title: Nursing Lecturer Location: Bur Dubai We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching CNA, Caregiver, ACLS, BLS, CEN, NCLEX RN, Patient Management, Hospital Management and other healthcare courses. The candidate must be currently available in the UAE and able to join our team immediately. Previous teaching experience and a DHA/MOH/HAAD license is an advantage. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver high-quality instruction in CNA, Caregiver, ACLS, BLS, CEN, NCLEX RN, Patient Management, Hospital Management and other healthcare courses.
Develop lesson plans, labs, and other instructional materials that are engaging and effective.
Evaluate student progress through quizzes, exams, and other assessments.
Assist in the development and revision of course content and curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other academic information.
Participate in departmental meetings, faculty meetings, and other college-wide committees.
Keep up-to-date with developments in healthcare education and incorporate new teaching strategies into instructional materials.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
Participate in the recruitment and retention of students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in nursing or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching CNA, Caregiver, ACLS, BLS, CEN, NCLEX RN, Patient Management, Hospital Management and other healthcare courses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
A DHA/MOH/HAAD license is an advantage.
