Job Description
The Royal Privilege Home Health Care provide and supervise nursing care of patient in their own homes, we provide care to pediatric and adult patients ranging from newborn to the elderly for the promotion of their physical, psychological and social well-being, and providers patient, family support and who require and are eligible for healthcare services in the home set up, regardless of age may qualify. URGENT HIRING for Arabic Speaking Nursing Supervisor. Qualifications
Contract length: 24 months Salary: From AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nursing Supervisor: 2-3 years (Required)
- HAAD (Required)
- English (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- Data collection for JAWDA Key Performance Indicators.
- Hire and train new staff members.
- Manage and coordinate Nurse schedule.
- Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and Client records
- Educate, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Nusing employees
- Evaluate nurses\xe2\x80\x99 engagement and performance
- Nursing care plan for new patients
Contract length: 24 months Salary: From AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
