Nursing Supervisor
B.S.c in Nursing
Preferred Male
Preferred holding DOH License
Main Task:
Lead, manage and supervise the work of the staff Nurses.
Promote the highest standards of clinical nursing care.
Accomplishes nursing human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Help in assessment, scoring medical condition of new patients in co-operate with doctor.
Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
Monitor and handle Licensing of staff
Arrange patient's files and records.
Prepare all reports and documents required by insurance company.
Score medical condition and services for new and established patients.
Prepare for any audit (DOH, Daman, ADHEK, Tasneef,..)
Point of contact between the company and the DOH or Daman.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
