A highly progressive home healthcare centre in Dubai is looking for a professional, mature and seasoned female nursing manager with substantial clinical and managerial experience. DHA license is needed. Candidates must have strong clinical background and experience in home healthcare, nursing admin, and business mgmt.   • Leadership and Management:
  • Provide strong leadership to the nursing team, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and professional standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve nursing services and patient care outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among nursing staff.
  • Clinical Oversight:
  • Oversee the clinical aspects of patient care, including assessments, treatments, and care planning.
  • Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulations, and standards of practice.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to monitor the effectiveness of nursing care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
  • Staffing and Scheduling:
  • Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for patient needs.
  • Coordinate nursing schedules, including assigning shifts and managing time off requests.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new nursing staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing team members.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care activities, including documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements for reimbursement purposes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budget management, inventory control, and supply ordering.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Quality Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in nursing services and develop strategies to address them.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to nursing care and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in home healthcare nursing.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing home healthcare services.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and ensure that nursing practices align with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies for inspections and audits as necessary.
  • Patient Advocacy:
  • Advocate for the needs and rights of patients, ensuring that they receive high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to develop care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
