Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. This role involves 24-hour accountability for clinical, operational, and budget responsibilities for all nursing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing. Valid nursing license. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong communication and organizational skills.
