You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training modules in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and hands-on training for nursing assistant and caregiver students.
Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials.
Ensure training content meets industry standards, state regulations, and certification requirements.
Teach essential caregiving skills such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, feeding, vital signs monitoring, infection control, and basic medical care.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
Participate in curriculum reviews and training program evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during training sessions.
Stay updated on best practices and regulations in nursing and caregiving.
