The job holder will provide support in promoting the learning and personal development of all students, responsibilities will include planning your role in lessons, supervising and facilitating individual support for students, and providing informal feedback on student progress as well as achievement

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have an Early Childhood Education certification
Previous experience working with young children in a similar role is desirable
Good communication skills with a positive attitude required
Should have patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
Must have basic knowledge of child development and early education principles
Should be able to bend, stoop, lift, and engage in physical activities with young children
Must be comfortable working in a classroom setting with varying noise levels
