Nursery Teacher - Job Responsibilities

Location: Muweilah, Abushagara, Mahatta, Tawun, Sharjah (Can be any of these locations)

Qualification: Cache 3 with UAE Teaching Experience

Salary: 2500 to 2800 AED Monthly

1. Teaching and Learning

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support children's development in early years (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical). Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Use play-based and inquiry-based approaches to learning. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of children with varying abilities and backgrounds.

2. Child Development & Care

Ensure the safety, well-being, and holistic development of each child. Observe, assess, and document children's progress in line with early childhood frameworks. Provide individual support for children with additional needs or learning difficulties. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behavior in children.

3. Classroom & Resource Management

Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly learning space. Use teaching resources, toys, and materials responsibly and creatively. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met as per Dubai regulations.

4. Communication & Parent Engagement

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, development, and daily activities. Prepare and share progress reports, portfolios, and feedback sessions. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all parent communications.

5. Teamwork & Professional Conduct

Collaborate with teaching assistants, co-teachers, and other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs. Uphold the nursery's vision, mission, and values. Respect cultural diversity and follow UAE values and regulations.

6. Compliance & Regulations

Adhere to KHDA, SPEA, and Ministry of Education guidelines. Follow child safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times. Ensure accurate attendance, records, and reports are maintained.
