Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated nursery teacher to join Kids Spot Nursery. Your primary responsibility is to provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing educational environment to support children's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

Plan and implement a program that encourages the physical, social, and cognitive development of each child and that follows the mission and vision of Kids Spot Nursery Ensure the yearly curricular learning objectives as per the EYFS guidelines are implemented in the classroom and weekly observations are tracked via our app. Help each child to become aware of his/her role as an integral member of a group Establish a positive relationship within your class team and with parents through daily interaction, parent teacher meetings and communications app Always maintain a safe and clean learning environment to ensure the child's wellbeing Being responsible for ensuring a classroom atmosphere that is conductive to learning, fun and positive interaction Attend all staff meetings, parent teacher meetings and feedback assessments Participate in recommended training programs and other activities that ensure professional growth Support in special events
Qualifications:

Attested bachelor's degree in education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred. Prior experience working with children, especially in an educational setting. Pediatric First Aid Certification. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Knowledge of educational methods and child development approach. Effective communication skills. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to UAE's cultural context. Ability to work well in a team.
