Friendly Early Childhood Center in Dubai is currently seeking a highly motivated nursery teachers to inspire and be part of a great team for the next Academic year.

We are looking for candidates who possess relevant attested degree/qualifications in Teaching/Nursing/Childcare (Level 3 or above).

Ideal candidates will have a nursery background and previous nursery/school experience, preferably with experience in implementing the British EYFS Curriculum. Our teaching staff is known for their passionate dedication to each and every child in our care.

We are seeking experienced teachers who possess a warm, empathic personality and align with our values. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with all age groups is required. This is a chance to join a friendly and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field /CACHE Level 3 (fully attested in the UAE and home country) Experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting in the UAE (mandatory). Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children. Familiarity with UAE cultural values and an understanding of cultural diversity. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with young children Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the nursery's curriculum guidelines. Adapt lessons and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs. Incorporate outdoor and nature-based learning experiences to promote environmental awareness and a connection with the natural world. Observe and assess children's progress, tracking their developmental milestones and maintaining accurate records. Provide individualized attention and support, addressing each child's unique learning style and needs Implement strategies to support children with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements. Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration, engagement and independence. Establish and enforce age-appropriate rules and routines to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.
