Position Summary:

The Nursery Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically. The role involves implementing age-appropriate learning activities, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring the holistic development of each child in alignment with the nursery's educational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons and activities that support early childhood learning objectives. Foster a positive, inclusive, and caring classroom atmosphere. Observe, assess, and record children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and supervisors. Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times. Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child through creative play and structured learning. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and the management team to maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Maintain organized classroom materials and ensure learning areas are clean, safe, and conducive to child development. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field

. Minimum

2 years of experience

in a nursery or early childhood learning environment. Strong understanding of

child development principles

and early years curriculum. Excellent

communication and classroom management skills

. Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
