Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early years frameworks
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
Observe, assess, and document children's progress
Communicate effectively with parents and the nursery management team
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are always maintained
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Early Childhood Education / Early Childhood Development
(QFE Level 7)
