Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager ( Native English Speakers ) to join our client\'s team. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursery\'s operations, including managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and ensuring high-quality care for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of early childhood educators and support staff
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children
- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Monitor and manage the nursery\'s budget, ensuring financial sustainability
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the nursery and attract new families
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve the nursery\'s program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an early childcare setting
- Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
