Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified

UAE National Nurse

to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes across Al Ain. The Nurse will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in home care settings in line with individual care plans. Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage wound care. Provide health education and support to patients and their families. Document patient care accurately and timely as per regulatory and organizational standards. Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. Follow infection control and safety guidelines during all home visits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be a

UAE National

(Emirati). Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. Valid DOH (Department of Health Al Ain/Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (home care experience is an advantage). Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage patient care in a home environment. Commitment to patient safety and high standards of care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
