We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nurse to join our healthcare team in the USA in a remote, non-patient-facing capacity. In this role, you will support system review, clinical workflows optimization, documentation quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will operate within established nursing standards, utilize electronic health records (EHR) for auditing and quality assurance, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Some device- or facility-based activities may require periodic on-site presence as part of system reviews or regulatory audits.

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit clinical documentation in the EHR to ensure accuracy and compliance

Evaluate clinical workflows and suggest improvements to support remote or telehealth operations

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care processes and system-wide protocols

Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to patient care quality, safety, and efficiency

Develop and maintain documentation templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures

Support training and onboarding related to remote nursing workflows

Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and safety initiatives

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations

Support telehealth and remote patient monitoring programs from a systems perspective

Prepare reports for audits and regulatory reviews as needed

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the United States

Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience (depending on role level)

BSN preferred for RN roles; ADN accepted with relevant experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred for certain specialties

Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and healthcare software

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring

Knowledge of clinical documentation improvement (CDI) practices

Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and security standards

Experience with quality assurance, audits, or regulatory reporting
