QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in any related field;
Experience as Quality Officer in a Primary Care setting in Al Ain/Abu Dhabi is a must;
Able to create and measure KPI metrics and submit them to the applicable authority body;
Knowledgeable of the standards of DOH, JAWDA, DAMAN, ISO, etc.
Experience in drafting policies and procedures following the standards of different authority bodies;
Quality improvement
Experience in attending inspection/audit;
