Catalog and communicate patient needs to the medical staff Observe patients and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff or doctor on call Perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions and the PCT's certifications Conduct regular patient rounds and meet with patient's family members when required
