Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, monitor progress, and document patient records accurately.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent.
DHA license/eligibility as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience in psychiatry, mental health, or a related field preferred but not must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
