Job Description
Provide direct patient care, assessing and monitoring patients' conditions and treatment needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation.
Work collaboratively with doctors, head nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure the comfort and safety of patients by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped environment.
Monitor and record vital signs, changes in patient conditions, and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care post-discharge.
Assist with medical procedures and examinations, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by supporting and collaborating with colleagues.
Participate in continuing education to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Experience in Dermatology will be considered as advantage.
